Vanity & Toilet Installs

A toilet or vanity install looks simple until you pull the old fixture and find a corroded flange, a rotted subfloor, or supply stubs that don't line up with the new unit's footprint. We handle the rough-in adjustments, the finish work, and the cleanup so you get a leak-free install on the first try.

Master Plumber On Every Call

Whether you bought the fixture at a big-box store or a high-end showroom, we install it to spec, test under live pressure, and clean up the room.

Toilet installs — done to last

We pull the old toilet, scrape and inspect the flange, replace it if it's cracked or set below finished floor (a common cause of recurring wax-ring leaks), install a wax-free urethane seal, set the bowl level with new closet bolts and stainless washers, connect a new 1/4-turn supply, and test the flush. No rocking, no leaks, no caulk hiding a bad install.

Vanity installs with rough-in adjustments

New vanities almost never line up perfectly with old supply and drain stubs. We adjust the rough-in, install new angle stops if yours are old multi-turn valves, set the cabinet level and shimmed, run the P-trap to code, and test for leaks under load. If the existing drain is the wrong height for the new vanity, we fix it — we don't force the trap with extensions and slip joints that will leak.

What you'll get with your quote

Old fixture haul-away, new supplies, new shut-offs if needed, code-compliant trap and venting, fresh caulk where required, and a full-pressure leak test. No surprise add-ons after the fact.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to buy the toilet or vanity, or do you supply it?

Either works. Most homeowners buy the fixture at Home Depot, Lowe's, or a local showroom and we install it. We can also source mid-range and commercial-grade fixtures if you'd prefer.

Why does my old toilet wobble — is it just the wax ring?

Wobble usually means the flange is below finished floor (after a tile install) or cracked. We pull the toilet, inspect the flange, and either replace it or install a flange spacer kit so the seal compresses properly and the bowl sits flat.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes. Nava's Elite Plumbing carries a current California master plumber registration, $1M general liability coverage, and workers' comp on every technician. A certificate of insurance naming you or your property manager is available on request before we start.

Do you give upfront pricing?

Every job is quoted in writing before any work begins. We price by scope, not by the hour, so the number you approve is the number you pay — barring scope changes you approve in writing.

Do you require money down?

No deposit on standard service calls. On larger projects (repipes, sewer replacements, gas line installs) we phase work into progress payments tied to city inspection milestones — you never pay ahead of completed work.
